Qualifications

• Six months of supervisory experience or related experience/training preferred.
• Ability to operate cash register and perform cash handling tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in locating and purchasing merchandise.
• Maintain a clean, well-organized store environment.
• Open and close the store in absence of team leader.

Skills

Effective interpersonal and oral communication skills

Understanding of safety policies and practices

Ability to read and follow planogram and merchandise presentation guides

Ability to perform mathematical calculations

Knowledge of cash handling procedures

Education

High school diploma or equivalent
