Responsibilities

• Lead Team Member maintains a clean and organized store environment.
• Assist customers in locating and purchasing merchandise.
• Operate a cash register, assist with self-checkout, and maintain store standards.

Skills

Effective interpersonal and oral communication skills

Understanding of safety policies and practices

Ability to read and follow planogram

Ability to perform mathematical calculations

Cash register functions knowledge

Knowledge of cash handling procedures

Education
