Qualifications

• Age 21+ required.
• Reliable transportation for attending events in and around Boston.
• Flexible weekday availability; events usually 10am–7pm with occasional early/late starts.
• Excellent communication and dependability.
• Willingness to attend and pass training; memorize and deliver content.

Responsibilities

• Host and cohost teambuilding.com Originals events in the Boston area, with light travel.
• Work with internal team to prepare supplies, report to venues, and adapt to on‑the‑spot twists.
• Lead events and engage participants, delivering high energy experiences.
• Support hosts as Cohost: manage supplies, run tech, DJ, take photos, and help with clean up.
