Job summary

teambuilding.com is seeking energetic in-person hosts for Originals events in the San Francisco Bay Area. You’ll lead and cohost engaging team-building experiences in client offices and venues, delivering high energy and memorable moments.

Roles include Lead Host and Cohost, with events typically lasting 90 minutes and light travel. Excellent communication, reliability, and the ability to memorize content are essential. Training will be provided.

Qualifications

• Age 21+
• Reliable transportation for events in the San Francisco Bay area
• Flexible weekday availability for events 10am-7pm
• Excellent communication skills
• Self-starter and dependable
• Comfortable in the spotlight and able to engage diverse participants
• Ability to learn and memorize content and deliver it naturally
• Ability to think on your feet and solve problems in front of guests
• Willingness to attend and complete training with skills demos
• Ability to stand for 2-4 hours and manage supplies up to 50 lbs
• Willingness to use our messaging platforms (texts, email, Slack) for internal comms

Responsibilities

• Host and cohost teambuilding.com Originals events in the San Francisco Bay Area with light travel
• Coordinate with internal team to order supplies and report to venues
• Engage participants, deliver content, and adapt to twists on the spot
• Lead client communication pre-event and bring high-energy vibes on event day
• Support the host with logistics, tech, photos, and post-event cleanup
• Step in solo hosting if no cohost is available
