Job summary

Learning Care Group is hiring a Lead Teacher to foster engaging, developmentally appropriate learning experiences for preschool students. This role includes mentoring peers, promoting social, physical, and intellectual growth, and ensuring adherence to licensing guidelines and center standards.

You will lead classroom management, implement the curriculum, and build strong relationships with families to support each child's progress and the center's success.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Ability to meet state education requirements and center requirements.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Responsibilities

• Create fun, interactive learning experiences while mentoring fellow Teachers.
