Job summary

Learning Care Group in Lititz, PA is seeking a Lead Teacher to foster engaging, developmentally appropriate learning experiences for preschoolers. You will mentor fellow teachers, promote growth across social, physical, and intellectual domains, and lead classroom management and curriculum implementation.

You will build strong relationships with families and ensure adherence to licensing guidelines while contributing to a positive, supportive center culture.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• The ability to meet state requirements for education and our childcare center requirements.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.
