Job summary

Learning Care Group is hiring a Lead Teacher to guide preschool classrooms with engaging, age-appropriate learning experiences while mentoring fellow teachers.

You'll lead on curriculum implementation, ensure compliance with licensing guidelines, and foster strong relationships with enrolled and prospective families to support student growth and center success.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Ability to meet state requirements for education and childcare licensing.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage with children.

Responsibilities
