Sylvan Learning Center in Kirkland, WA is hiring a Lead Teacher responsible for delivering educational programs. You will monitor student performance, coach staff, and maintain communication with parents to ensure educational needs are met.

The Lead Teacher is responsible for ensuring Sylvan education programs are delivered by teachers as designed and that the ongoing education needs of Sylvan families are met. The lead teacher monitors student performance and connects with school teachers to help ensure the application of skills learned in the classroom. The lead teacher also observes and coaches the teaching staff, ensuring robust instructional experiences. The lead teacher also communicates with the Center Director regularly to ensure quality and consistency of the customer experience.
We are looking for about 10-12 hours per week with a possibility for increasing more as we grow.
