Catch22 College is seeking a Lead Teacher to provide effective site leadership for a College for 14-19 year olds with complex needs. You will manage the educational environment and deliver a high quality, aspirational curriculum.

You will teach GCSEs in Maths and English, coordinate schemes of work and oversee staff performance. A Level 5+ teaching qualification with QTS is required, and line management experience is essential. Driving licence is a must for this role.

Formación

• Experience of working with young people with complex needs and high behaviour.
• Ability to set KPIs and conduct regular supervisions.
• Strong knowledge of safeguarding and inclusion practices.

Responsabilidades

• Teach GCSEs in Maths and/or English.
• Plan, produce and update schemes of work to meet curriculum requirements.
• Oversee timetable and deployment of teachers and support staff.
• Lead on improving teaching and learning at the site and monitor performance.
