Job summary

The Learning Experience seeks a Lead Teacher to serve as an ambassador of happiness and to set the academic foundation for lifelong learning for infants, toddlers, or preschoolers. You will lead classrooms, implement our L.E.A.P. Curriculum®, and collaborate with families to support child development.

Qualifications

• Educational background must meet state-specific guidelines for the role.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Experience in a childcare setting with classroom leadership is essential.
• Must meet state-specific guidelines including immunizations, health and safety training.

Responsibilities

• Classroom Leadership: plan, prepare, and collaborate to create a stimulating, welcoming space for children to learn and grow.
• Curriculum Implementation: implement the L.E.A.P. Curriculum® and adapt to infants, toddlers, and/or preschoolers.
• Safety First: maintain a safe, nurturing environment where children thrive.
• Family Communication: regularly update parents on progress and milestones via apps and in-person discussions.
• Center Collaboration: work with staff and leadership to drive retention, enrollment, and engagement goals.
• Relationship Builder: foster warm relationships with families and colleagues.
