The Learning Experience Corp. is hiring a Lead Teacher in Boca Raton, FL. You will set the academic foundation for lifelong learning while inspiring joy, curiosity, and confidence in young minds within our LEAP curriculum.

As an Educational Leader, you mentor other educators, maintain a safe classroom, and communicate progress to families. This role offers growth opportunities and a supportive team in a fast-growing academy network.

Qualifications

• Must meet state-specific guidelines for the role.
• High School Diploma/GED required; ECE coursework preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Experience in a childcare setting with classroom leadership.
• Immunizations, health and safety training required.

Responsibilities

• Plan, prep, and collaborate to create a stimulating space where children can play, learn, and grow.
• Implement the L.E.A.P. Curriculum® for Infants, Toddlers, and/or Preschoolers.
• Prioritize a safe, nurturing environment.
• Regularly update parents on progress via apps and in person.
• Collaborate with staff and leadership to drive retention and enrollment.
