Job summary

Learning Care is hiring a Lead Teacher to join our child care centers in the community. You’ll create engaging, interactive learning experiences while mentoring fellow teachers and promoting the growth of preschool children.

You’ll lead classroom management, implement curricula, and maintain licensing standards while building trusted relationships with families to support each child’s achievement. We offer a supportive team, opportunities for growth, and a rewarding work environment.
