Our lead teachers are responsible for coordinating the daily operations of their assigned classroom. Teachers will plan, present, and evaluate educational and recreational activities for childcare in a safe environment. Teachers work directly with children and parents daily to provide quality customer service.

Qualifications- Bachelor of Arts in Early Childhood Education or related field required
- Child Development Associate (CDA) will be considered if paired with previous experience in childcare setting
- 1-2 years of previous experience preferred
- Develops relationships and communicate effectively with children, parents, and faculty members
- Ability to calmly address stressful situations professionally while multi-tasking to ensure smooth school operations
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. in connection with the handling of children for the facilitation of programs, child safety, and potential emergency situations. For Infant and Young Toddler Teachers, must be able to properly lift infants into and out of a crib
- Meets background check eligibility
- The compensation is structured on an hourly rate, with experienced teachers receiving a higher rate of pay depending on qualifications and years of experience
Compensation: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
