Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• CPR, First Aid, Communicable Diseases, and Child Abuse Prevention certifications required after hire.
• Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and fingerprinting per Ohio.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement a age-appropriate, play-based curriculum
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment that meets all state licensing regulations.
• Assess and document child progress, sharing developmental milestones regularly with parents and guardians.
• Manage classroom behavior using positive guidance techniques and emotional support.
• Assist with meals and bathroom times, some children may be toilet trained, others may require assistance
