Learning Care Group is hiring Lead Teachers to create engaging learning experiences, mentor team members, and lead classroom management in a licensed preschool setting. You will foster growth in children, align with curriculum, and communicate with families to support each center’s success.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Meet state requirements for education and our childcare center requirements.
• Able to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging, interactive learning experiences and mentor fellow teachers.
• Care for preschool children and promote their social, physical, and intellectual growth.
• Lead classroom management and curriculum implementation while ensuring licensing guidelines and company standards are met.
• Build relationships with enrolled and prospective families to support center success.
