KinderCare Learning Companies is hiring a Lead Teacher to guide classrooms and support young learners across our centers in the United States. You’ll coach less experienced teachers, implement our curriculum with fidelity, and create a safe, engaging environment where children can explore and grow.

In this role you’ll partner with families and center staff to meet enrollment goals, comply with licensing standards, and foster positive relationships with the broader community.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service skills and the ability to multi-task effectively.
• Possess active CDA Credential or meet NAEYC candidacy requirements.
• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education is preferred; state trainer approval is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and mentor less experienced teachers in your classroom; model behaviors and provide feedback.
• Implement KinderCare's curriculum in a way that aligns with each child’s needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Partner with parents to support child development and education.
• Support center success by collaborating with staff and leadership on enrollment and engagement goals.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, and community partners.
