KinderCare Learning Companies is seeking a Lead Teacher in Las Vegas, NV to guide young learners and support families. You will mentor teachers, deliver the curriculum, and foster a safe, engaging classroom environment that encourages exploration and growth.

You will collaborate with families and center leadership to maintain high standards, drive enrollment, and ensure quality experiences across our programs.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service, strong organizational skills, and multi-tasking ability.
• Active Child Development Associate (CDA) credential or NAEYC candidacy preferred / state trainer preferred.
• 2–3 years of Early Childhood Education experience; bachelor's degree preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain; English literacy for parent communication.

Responsabilités

• Lead, coach and mentor less experienced teachers in the classroom.
• Implement KinderCare's curriculum aligned with each child's needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment for play and learning.
• Partner with parents to support children's education and development.
• Contribute to center success around enrollment, accreditation, and engagement.
• Build relationships with families, staff, authorities, and partners.
