KinderCare Learning Companies is hiring a Teacher in North Las Vegas to lead and mentor teachers, implement our curriculum, and create a safe, nurturing environment for children while partnering with families.

Qualifications

• Active CDA credential or NAEYC candidacy preferred.
• 2–3 years Early Childhood Education experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
• Read/write/speak English to communicate with children and parents.
• Meet state qualifications for the role or willingness to obtain.
• Physically able to lift up to 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and mentor less experienced teachers in the classroom.
• Implement KinderCare’s curriculum in line with each child’s needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Partner with parents to provide the best care and education.
• Support center success around enrollment, accreditation and engagement.
• Cultivate relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities and partners.
