Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education is required.
• Active CDA Credential or NAEYC candidacy preferred.
• CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain.
• 2-3 years Early Childhood Education experience preferred.
• Ability to read/write/speak English clearly for communication with children and parents.
• Meet state-specific qualifications or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and mentor less experienced teachers in your classroom.
• Implement KinderCare curriculum in alignment with each child’s needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Partner and connect with parents to support the best care and education for their children.
• Support center success by working with staff toward enrollment, accreditation, and engagement.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, and community partners.
