KinderCare Learning Companies is hiring a Lead Teacher to mentor other teachers, implement our curriculum, and create a safe learning environment for children. You will partner with parents and connect with licensing authorities to support center goals.

The role emphasizes strong customer service, English communication, and adherence to state qualifications. Benefits and growth opportunities are available within a nationwide network.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service and strong organizational skills.
• 2–3 years Early Childhood Education experience (preferred).
• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education (preferred).
• CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain.
• Approved state trainer (preferred).
• Meet state qualifications for the role or willingness to obtain.

Responsabilités

• Lead, coach and mentor less experienced teachers; model behaviours and provide feedback.
• Implement KinderCare's curriculum consistently with each child's needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Partner and connect with parents to provide the best care and education.
• Support center success; collaborate with staff and leadership on enrollment, accreditation and engagement.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, community contacts and partners.
