Job summary

KinderCare Learning Companies is hiring for early childhood education staff in a role focused on delivering high-quality care and education. You will implement developmentally appropriate curriculum, ensure a safe and engaging environment, and collaborate with families to support each child’s growth.

The position requires strong customer service, organization, and the ability to work with diverse families. Experience in early childhood education and CPR/First Aid certification are valued;

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Active Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential or candidacy per state requirements.
• CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain.
• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education preferred; meet state qualifications or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and mentor teachers; model behaviors and provide feedback.
• Implement curriculum consistent with each child’s needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment for learning and play.
• Partner with parents to support child care and education goals.
• Support center success including enrollment, accreditation and engagement.
• Build positive relationships with families, teachers, licensors, and partners.
