KinderCare Learning Companies in Naperville, IL, is hiring a Lead Teacher to guide and mentor teachers in the classroom and to implement a child-centered curriculum that supports each child’s growth.

You will create a safe, engaging environment, partner with parents, and work with center staff to reach enrollment and accreditation goals. This role emphasizes strong communication, teamwork, and dedication to early education.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multi-task.
• Active CDA Credential or meet NAEYC candidacy requirements.
• Approved state trainer (preferred).
• 2–3 years Early Childhood Education experience (preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education (preferred).
• Meet state-specific qualifications for the role or willingness to obtain.
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
• Read, write, understand, and speak English to communicate with children and parents.

Responsabilités

• Lead, coach and mentor less experienced teachers in the classroom; model behaviors and provide feedback.
• Implement KinderCare's curriculum consistent with each child’s needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Partner and connect with parents to provide the best care and education.
• Support center success; collaborate with staff to achieve enrollment and engagement goals.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, and partners.
