KinderCare Learning Companies is seeking a Lead Teacher to support children's growth and safety in a nurturing classroom. You will lead and coach colleagues, implement our curriculum, and partner with families to provide outstanding early education.

Qualifikationen

• Outstanding customer service and strong organizational abilities.
• Active CDA Credential or eligible for NAEYC candidacy.
• Approved state trainer (preferred).
• 2–3 years of Early Childhood Education experience (preferred).
• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education (preferred).
• Must meet state-specific qualifications and CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.

Aufgaben

• Lead, coach and mentor teachers in your classroom; model behaviors and provide feedback.
• Implement KinderCare's curriculum in line with each child's needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Partner with parents to support best care and education.
• Support center goals around enrollment, accreditation, and engagement.
• Build positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, community contacts and corporate partners.
