Job summary

Learning Care Group is hiring Lead Teachers to create fun, interactive learning experiences while mentoring fellow Teachers and promoting the growth of preschool children. You will lead classroom management, implement curriculum, and ensure compliance with licensing guidelines and standards.

We value energetic, dependable individuals who can communicate effectively with families, and support ongoing training, tuition reimbursement, and our Master Teacher Program.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Ability to meet state requirements for education and our childcare center requirements.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Responsibilities

• Create fun, interactive learning experiences while mentoring fellow Teachers.
• Care for preschool children, promoting social, physical, and intellectual growth.
• Take the lead on classroom management and curriculum implementation, and be an expert on licensing guidelines and company standards.
• Build relationships with enrolled and prospective families to promote achievement and center success.
