Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Georgia teaching certification preferred.
• Two years of teaching experience in underserved community preferred.
• Demonstrate joyful and academically excellent classroom.
• Pass a criminal background check.
• Team-oriented, mission-driven culture.
• Commitment to closing opportunity gaps.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Adapt and execute a rigorous, standards-aligned curriculum.
• Develop differentiated lessons and assessments.
• Utilize varied instructional strategies to engage scholars.
• Use data-driven instruction to inform lesson planning.
• Provide daily feedback and create learning plans.
• Differentiate instruction to progress toward mastery.
• Collaborate with Special Education Teachers for IEPs.
