Job summary

Learning Care Group is hiring a Lead Teacher to create engaging, age-appropriate learning experiences and mentor other teachers in our preschool classrooms.

You will promote the social, physical, and intellectual growth of children, lead classroom management, and ensure compliance with licensing guidelines and company standards. Strong communication with families is essential for student success.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Ability to meet state requirements for education and our childcare center requirements.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging learning experiences and mentor fellow Teachers.
• Care for preschool children’s social, physical, and intellectual growth in your class.
• Take the lead on classroom management and curriculum implementation, and ensure licensing guidelines and company standards are followed.
• Build sincere relationships with enrolled and prospective families to promote child achievement and center success.
