Job summary

Learning Care is seeking a Lead Teacher to inspire young learners at our Greensboro center. You’ll design engaging activities, mentor fellow teachers, and ensure alignment with licensing guidelines while promoting a safe, nurturing environment.

You will manage classroom routines, support curriculum implementation, and build strong relationships with families, contributing to a thriving center community and outstanding child outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Ability to meet state requirements for education and our childcare center requirements.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Responsibilities

• Create fun, interactive learning experiences while mentoring fellow Teachers.
• Care for preschool children’s social, physical, and intellectual growth.
• Lead classroom management and curriculum implementation, following licensing guidelines and company standards.
• Communicate with enrolled and prospective families to support child achievement and center success.
