Job summary

Learning Care Group, Inc. is seeking a Lead Teacher to guide preschool learning and growth at a California center. You will design engaging activities, mentor fellow teachers, and lead curriculum implementation while ensuring compliance with licensing guidelines and company standards.

You will actively communicate with families to support each child’s achievement and contribute to the center’s success. This is a full-time on-site role in Garden Grove.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Ability to meet state requirements for education and childcare center requirements.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Responsibilities

• Create fun, interactive learning experiences while mentoring fellow teachers.
• Promote social, physical, and intellectual growth of preschool children in your class.
• Take the lead on classroom management and curriculum implementation, plus be an expert on licensing guidelines and company standards.
• Build sincere relationships with enrolled and prospective families to promote achievement for the child and center success.
