Job summary

Learning Care Group, Inc. is seeking an energetic Lead Teacher to inspire and guide preschool children. In this role, you will design engaging learning experiences, mentor fellow teachers, and ensure curriculum alignment with licensing guidelines and center standards.

You will lead classroom management, support a safe indoor/outdoor environment, and maintain strong communication with enrolled and prospective families to promote child achievement and center success.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• The ability to meet state requirements for education and our childcare center requirements.
• The ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Responsibilities

• Create fun, interactive learning experiences while mentoring fellow Teachers.
• Take lead on classroom management and curriculum implementation, plus be an expert on all licensing guidelines and company standards.
• Communicate with enrolled and prospective families to promote achievement for the child and to support your center’s success.
