Job summary

Learning Care Group, Inc. is seeking a Lead Teacher to guide and inspire preschoolers through engaging, hands-on learning experiences. You will lead the classroom, mentor other teachers, and ensure curriculum is implemented in alignment with licensing guidelines and company standards.

You will build strong relationships with families, promoting children’s achievement and supporting center success while fostering a nurturing, safe learning environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Ability to meet state childcare education requirements.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors with children.

Responsibilities
