Job summary

Learning Care is hiring a Lead Teacher to join a caring team in Michigan. You will create engaging learning experiences, mentor fellow teachers, and lead classroom management while ensuring licensing and center standards are met.

You will promote the social, physical, and intellectual growth of preschool children, communicate with families, and help build a supportive, fun environment where children thrive and learn daily.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Ability to meet state requirements for education and childcare center requirements.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging learning experiences while mentoring fellow teachers.
• Care: promote the social, physical, and intellectual growth of the preschool children in your class.
• Lead classroom management and curriculum implementation, plus be an expert on all licensing guidelines and company standards.
• Communicate with enrolled and prospective families to promote achievement for the child and to support your center’s success.
