Job summary

Learning Care in Dayton, OH is seeking a Lead Teacher to create engaging learning experiences and mentor fellow teachers. You will promote growth in preschool children, lead classroom management and curriculum implementation, and ensure compliance with licensing guidelines and company standards.

You will build strong relationships with families, support center success, and work Monday–Friday in a full-time capacity with benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Ability to meet state education requirements and center standards.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors with children.

Responsibilities

• Create and develop fun, interactive learning experiences while mentoring fellow Teachers.
