Job summary

Learning Care is hiring a Lead Teacher in Mason, OH to design engaging, developmentally appropriate activities and guide fellow teachers. The role focuses on nurturing preschoolers, managing classrooms, and implementing approved curricula while ensuring licensing compliance.

You will build strong relationships with families, promote child achievement, and support your center's success through proactive communication and collaboration.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Ability to meet state education requirements and childcare center requirements.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Responsibilities

• Create! Develop fun, interactive learning experiences while mentoring fellow Teachers.
• Care! Promote the social, physical, and intellectual growth of the preschool children in your class.
