Job summary

La Petite Academy on Rayburn Drive in San Antonio, TX is seeking a Lead Teacher to guide a preschool classroom and mentor fellow teachers. You will create engaging learning experiences, manage daily routines, and ensure safety and developmental growth for children.

You will also lead curriculum implementation, adhere to licensing guidelines and company standards, and build strong relationships with enrolled and prospective families to support the center’s success.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Ability to meet state requirements for education and our childcare center requirements.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

• Create! Develop fun,interactive learning experiences while mentoring fellow Teachers.
