Learning Care is hiring a Lead Teacher at our Olathe center to create engaging learning experiences, mentor fellow teachers, and champion a safe, inclusive classroom culture.

You will lead classroom management and curriculum implementation, communicate with families to support each child's progress, and help meet state licensing and center standards.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Ability to meet state requirements for education and our childcare center requirements.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Responsibilities

• Create, develop fun, interactive learning experiences while mentoring fellow Teachers.
• Care, promote growth of preschool children in your class.
• Take the lead on classroom management and curriculum implementation, and be an expert on licensing guidelines and company standards.
• Communicate with enrolled and prospective families to promote achievement and center success.
