The Learning Experience is seeking Lead Teachers to join our Academy of Early Education, where happiness and growth begin with every child.

Lead Teachers set the academic foundation, mentor peers, and bring our proprietary LEAP Curriculum® to life, adapting to infants, toddlers, or preschoolers while ensuring a safe, engaging, and joyful learning environment for families and communities we serve.

Qualifications

• State-specific guidelines compliance for the role.
• Must meet age requirement (18+).
• Experience in childcare and classroom leadership preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, and collaborate to create a stimulating, welcoming space for children to learn and grow.
• Implement the LEAP Curriculum® adapting to Infants, Toddlers, and/or Preschool.
• Prioritize safety and a nurturing environment.
• Regularly update families on progress using apps and in-person discussions.
• Collaborate with center staff and leadership to drive retention, enrollment, and engagement goals.
• Build warm relationships with families and colleagues to support learning through play.
