KinderCare Education is seeking a Lead Teacher to develop and implement the early childhood curriculum, create a safe, nurturing classroom, and partner with families to support children's growth.

The role includes coaching peers, aligning with licensing standards, and contributing to center success through enrollment and quality care. Relevant qualifications include CDA/NAEYC credentials, ECE experience, and CPR/First Aid certification.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and organization; multitask effectively
• CDA Credential or NAEYC candidacy required
• State trainer approval preferred
• 2–3 years Early Childhood Education experience preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education preferred
• Meet state qualifications or willingness to obtain
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain
• Ability to lift at least 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors
• Ability to communicate with children and parents in English

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and mentor teachers in your classroom; model behaviors and provide feedback
• Implement KinderCare's curriculum in a way that is consistent with the unique needs of each child
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn
• Partner and connect with parents, with a shared desire to provide the best care and education for their children
• Support your center’s success; partner with center staff and leadership to achieve goals around enrollment, accreditation, and engagement
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, state licensing authorities, community contacts and corporate partners
