Learning Care Group is hiring Lead Teachers to inspire preschool children and lead classrooms with engaging, developmentally appropriate lessons. You will mentor fellow teachers, manage curriculum, and uphold licensing standards while building strong relationships with families.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Ability to meet state requirements for education and childcare center.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging learning experiences while mentoring fellow teachers.
• Care for preschool children and promote their social, physical, and intellectual growth.
• Lead classroom management and curriculum implementation, plus be an expert on licensing guidelines and company standards.
• Build relationships with enrolled and prospective families to promote achievement for the child and center success.
