Learning Care Group in Bucks County is hiring a Lead Teacher to guide preschool learning and mentor fellow teachers. You’ll create engaging lessons, promote children's social, physical, and intellectual growth, and ensure classroom operations meet licensing guidelines.

Formación

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• The ability to meet state requirements for education and our childcare center requirements.
• The ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Responsabilidades

• Develop fun, interactive learning experiences while mentoring fellow teachers.
• Promote the social, physical, and intellectual growth of preschool children in the class.
• Lead classroom management and curriculum implementation, and ensure compliance with licensing guidelines and company standards.
• Build relationships with enrolled and prospective families to support center success.
