Learning Care Group in Lincoln, NE is hiring a Lead Teacher to create engaging lessons, mentor other teachers, and promote the growth and well-being of preschool children. The role emphasizes building relationships with families, ensuring compliance with licensing guidelines, and maintaining a positive, energetic classroom environment.

• Create fun, interactive learning experiences while mentoring fellow Teachers.
• Care for the social, physical, and intellectual growth of the preschool children in your class.
• Take the lead on classroom management, curriculum implementation, plus be an expert on licensing guidelines and company standards.
• Communicate with enrolled and prospective families to promote achievement for the child and support your center’s success.
