Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in child development or early childhood education or equivalent education/experience required.
• 2 years of relevant experience required; 2-4 years preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead educator in an integrated classroom for children with and without developmental delays.
• Plan and adapt curriculum and write lesson plans to promote cognitive, physical, emotional and social development.
• Review progress with Early Intervention team and communicate progress to parents with AEPS assessments.
• Supervise entry-level teachers and student employees; provide in-service training and monitor classroom programming.
