Job summary

Learning Care is hiring Lead Teachers to nurture and guide preschoolers in a caring, educational setting. You will create engaging activities, mentor fellow teachers, and promote growth in each child.

You’ll lead classroom management, implement curriculum, and ensure compliance with licensing guidelines while building strong relationships with families and supporting the center’s success.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Ability to meet state requirements for education and our childcare center requirements.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Responsibilities

• Create fun, interactive learning experiences while mentoring fellow Teachers.
• Care for preschool children and promote their social, physical, and intellectual growth.
• Lead classroom management and curriculum implementation, and ensure compliance with licensing guidelines and company standards.
• Communicate with enrolled and prospective families to promote child achievement and center success.
