Job summary

Learning Care Group is hiring a Lead Teacher who will develop fun, interactive learning experiences and mentor fellow Teachers. You’ll promote the social, physical, and intellectual growth of preschool children in your class and lead classroom management and curriculum implementation.

You will build sincere relationships with enrolled and prospective families to promote achievement for the child and to support your center’s success.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• The ability to meet state requirements for education and our childcare center requirements.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging, interactive learning experiences while mentoring fellow Teachers.
• Care for preschool children’s social, physical, and intellectual growth in your class.
• Take the lead on classroom management and curriculum implementation, and be an expert on licensing guidelines and company standards.
• Communicate with enrolled and prospective families to support center success.
