Learning Care Group in Harrisburg, NC is seeking a Lead Teacher to create engaging learning experiences and mentor fellow teachers, while promoting the social, physical, and intellectual growth of preschool children.

You will manage classroom operations, implement curriculum, and ensure compliance with licensing guidelines, while building strong relationships with families to support student success. Must be 18+ and meet state education requirements.

Formación

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Ability to meet state requirements for education and our childcare center requirements.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Responsabilidades

• Create fun, interactive learning experiences while mentoring fellow Teachers.
• Care for preschool children and promote their social, physical, and intellectual growth.
• Take the lead on classroom management and curriculum implementation, and ensure compliance with licensing guidelines and company standards.
• Build sincere relationships with enrolled and prospective families to promote achievement for the child and center success.
