Job summary

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in a childcare facility.

Responsibilities

• Lead the classroom and design age-appropriate activities.
• Implement the provided curriculum and supervise daily care routines (feeding, hygiene, nap time).
• Mentor junior team members and substitutes and partner with families to share progress.
