Joyoflearningcenter is looking for passionate teachers to join our team. This full-time role offers Monday through Friday schedules and a play-based approach to early education, guiding children from infancy to school age.

You will plan and participate in developmentally appropriate activities, support daily care, and maintain open communication with parents through our Classroom Management system. Competitive pay and benefits are provided.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• TCC may be acceptable in the education pathway.
• CDA certification is preferred.

Mansioni

• Plan, direct, and participate in age-appropriate activities to promote the intellectual, physical, emotional, and social development of children.
• Prepare children for kindergarten using the provided curriculum.
• Assist in daily care such as feeding, changing, and nap time.
• Maintain interactive and open communication with parents and other team members using our Classroom Management system.
• Assist Lead Teachers in classroom management or in fulfilling requests from the Assistant Director or Director.
