Qualifications

• Must be organized, dependable, patient, and creative.
• Background check required.
• CPR/First Aid/AED certification is a plus.
• Training may be available.

Responsibilities

• Provide a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment.
• Plan and provide age-appropriate activities that support learning through play.
• Use music, movement, and transitional songs to help children move between activities.
• Support children's development across social, emotional, language, cognitive, and physical domains.
• Supervise children at all times and maintain routines.
• Communicate with families regarding children's daily experiences.
• Follow Texas Child Care Licensing requirements and academy policies.
