Celebree School is seeking a dedicated lead teacher to create engaging, age-appropriate lessons for young children in a Spring, Texas location. You will guide growth milestones, maintain a safe classroom, and collaborate with a team to deliver consistent updates to families using Tadpoles.

The role requires strong English communication, at least two years as a lead teacher, and a passion for early childhood education.

Qualifikationen

• Must be an English speaker.
• Minimum of two years' experience as lead teacher.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Energetic, enthusiastic, loving and passionate about kids.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Hours: Full Time - Monday through Friday.

Job Responsibilities

• Create fun, age-appropriate lessons that spark learning, curiosity, and exploration using the resources provided.
• Support children through key milestones, including potty training.
• Build a warm, safe, and inclusive classroom where every child feels valued.
• Use stories, songs, and language-rich activities to grow communication skills.
• Maintain a safe classroom that meets all licensing standards.
• Keep the classroom clean, organized, and welcoming with the team.
• Share updates with families about their child’s day, growth, and progress using Tadpoles.

Requirement

• English speaking is a must.
• Minimum of two years' experience as lead teacher.
• Minimum 21 years of age
• Energetic, enthusiastic, loving and with passion to work with kids.
• Effective communication skills verbal and written.
• Certification in CPR and First Aid. Ability and flexibility in working with various age groups.
• CDA or Early Childhood certifications preferred.
• Working knowledge and understanding of the behavioral and developmental stages of children and childcare licensing requirements

Physical Demands The physical demands are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of the job. Frequent bending, stooping, squatting, and reaching, lifting, and carrying; ability to lift 50 pounds.
