Job summary

Celebree School is seeking a lead teacher in Spring, TX to create engaging lessons and support children across developmental milestones.

You will foster a warm, inclusive classroom, use stories and activities to boost communication, and communicate progress to families. CPR/First Aid certification is required, CDA preferred. Full-time hours from Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

• English speaking is a must.
• Minimum of two years' experience as lead teacher.
• Minimum 21 years of age.
• CPR and First Aid certification.
• CDA or Early Childhood certifications preferred.
• Ability to work with various age groups.

Responsibilities

• Create age-appropriate lessons that spark learning using provided resources.
• Support children through milestones, including potty training.
• Maintain a warm, safe, inclusive classroom where every child feels valued.
• Use stories and songs to grow communication skills.
• Keep the classroom safe and compliant with licensing standards.
• Keep the classroom clean and welcoming with the team.
• Share updates with families about their child’s day and progress.

• Support children through key milestones, including potty training.
• Build a warm, safe, and inclusive classroom where every child feels valued.
• Use stories, songs, and language-rich activities to grow communication skills.
• Maintain a safe classroom that meets all licensing standards.
• Keep the classroom clean, organized, and welcoming with the team.
• Share updates with families about their child’s day, growth, and progress using Tadpoles.

Requirement

English speaking is a must.

Minimum of two years' experience as lead teacher.

Minimum 21 years of age

Energetic, enthusiastic, loving and with passion to work with kids.

Effective communication skills verbal and written.

Certification in CPR and First Aid. Ability and flexibility in working with various age groups.

CDA or Early Childhood certifications preferred.

Working knowledge and understanding of the behavioral and developmental stages of children and childcare licensing requirements
