Learning Care in Katy, TX is hiring a Lead Teacher to guide a classroom of preschoolers and support families. You will create engaging learning experiences, mentor fellow teachers, and ensure curriculum is implemented in line with licensing standards.

You will promote the social, physical, and intellectual growth of children, manage the classroom, and collaborate with families to support each child's success. This is a full-time, on-site role with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a preschool classroom and developing lesson plans.
• Ability to meet state education and childcare requirements.
• Able to work indoors or outdoors with active children.
